BAE Systems Senior OSINT Trainer/Instructor in Fort Belvoir, Virginia
Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking experienced Trainers and curriculum developers to be part of our OSINT team with our military customer. These Trainers should have an Open Source background and will be expected to do the following:
Instruct collection and exploitation of Publicly Available Information (PAI) via use of OSINT tools
Instruct exploitation of social media and public accessible databases
Instruct the gathering, synthesis, and analysis of open source intelligence information in support of objectives related to force protection, counterterrorism, counternarcotics, and other areas of the Army mission
Instruct on how to Respond to Requests for Information
Provide input to curriculum development for OSINT training requirements and understand the ADDIE process
Provide support to operational planning, technical papers, and other tasks as directed by customer
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor s degree and a minimum of ten years of relevant experience in Intelligence Operations, Data Science, Cyber Operations, Intelligence Collection, Intelligence Exploitation, or a related intelligence and operations field.
Experience utilizing Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) OSINT tools
Demonstrated experience in a field related to OSINT research, collection management, or analysis or the exploitation of OSINT, PAI, or social media
Five years of experience in areas that include developing user guides, developing training materials, classroom instruction, developing SOPs, or other Government or system- related technical writing.
Possess TRADOC (ICoE) Training Certification
Graduate of Army OSINT certification courses (e.g. OSINT Basic Course or OS301/OS302)
Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Three years of experience working in the intelligence field for the U.S. Army or Joint Commands.
Experience in SIGINT, All Source Intelligence, HUMINT, CI, GEOINT, Open Source Support to Cyber Operations, Information Operations, or Special Operations.
Experience conducting intelligence analytical support for the DoD
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
