Lockheed Martin Logistics Engineer Stf in Fort Meade, Maryland

Primary responsibilities are as follows:

• Conduct inventory control to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved, or transferred.

• Complete monthly inventory reports per government guidelines.

• Maintain the Government Property Accountability System by providing entries for incoming property (Line Item Receiving Report), transferred property, and excessed property.

• Assis system developers and integrators during shipments of systems and system upgrades.

• Coordinate and perform all property accountability functions and property management functions in accordance with government guidance and industry best practices.

• Develop inventory control processes to account for property received, shipped, excess, moved, or transferred.

• Develop material handling processes for shipping, receiving, storage, and disposition of property.

• Establish program level Government Property Accountability System(s) for incoming property (Line Item Receiving Report), transferred property, and excessed property.

• Coordinate all aspects of shipment resulting from systems integration and system upgrade activities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ten (10) years' experience as a Logistician that includes

managing property accounting processes and associated

forms; automated inventory control systems; ordering,

processing, shipping, receiving, packaging, material

handling, property accountability, and discharge of

excess property; and processing paperwork related to

Government Bill of Lading and the DD1149.

• Must possess a Security Clearance with a

Polygraph.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge/experience with procurement processes

Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly SP

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
