BAE Systems Quality Engineer in Fort Walton Beach, Florida

Job Description

BAE Systems is seeking a Quality Engineer to support operations in Fort Walton Beach, FL.

You will be responsible for:

  • Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product.

  • Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.

  • Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment, and conducts quality assurance tests.

  • Familiar with Work Order Review, Purchase Order Quality Requirements.

  • May be certified in lean and six-sigma quality methodologies and utilize quality tools to help drive continuous improvement.

  • Proficient in Problem solving and Root Cause Analysis

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years quality engineering experience in aerospace, machine parts, and assemblies or equivalent experience (10 years).

  • Familiar with AS9100, AS9102

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • CMM Programming and Operating

  • Aerospace electronics

Salary Min $75,510 - Max $128340

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $75510 - $128340

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
