Our 10-week IT Infrastructure Analyst Internship offers a comprehensive program where you'll gain hands-on project experience, networking opportunities, and professional development. This supportive learning environment will allow you to contribute both independently and collaboratively.

As an intern, you'll have the chance to explore the vital role of Information Technology in driving our Infrastructure automation strategies and solutions. Throughout the program, you'll receive exposure to the field and valuable insights into potential career paths.

We offer competitive compensation, including a housing stipend for eligible candidates. Please note that relocation to Hurst, TX is required for the duration of the program.

How you can contribute:

• Analyze data and reports to derive logical and reasonable outcomes; investigate errors and propose effective solutions.

• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams to identify opportunities for task automation.

• Design, develop, and test IT automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Engage in meetings with employees at all levels of the organization, actively contributing to business discussions.

• Identify, track, and resolve issues and risks that may impact tasks and assignments.

• Design system specifications and interfaces for seamless interaction between components.

• Assist in the implementation of new or improved systems and processes.

• Undertake value-add assignments and projects in the IT domain as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for effective documentation and analysis.

• Mindset focused on continuous process improvement, actively seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency.

• Ability to plan technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.

• Experience in creating and defining new technical solutions, with the ability to explain complex problems or situations in a simplified manner.

• Proficiency in a scripting tool such as PowerShell or Python for automation tasks.

• Proficiency in database technologies, including SQL, for efficient data management and analysis.

How you can qualify:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science (CS), Computer Engineering (CE), Management Information Systems (MIS), or related specialty fields.

• Strong academic performance preferred.

• Relevant internship experience preferred.
