Description: Change Management Professional - Level 4

We are Lockheed Martin

As a key member of the organization, Aeronautics Digital Transformation Office, you will will support the Operations team to consolidate ERP systems into a OneAero in support of the 1LMX Ahead of Ready plan.

Responsibilities for this impactful role include:

- Develop change organization

initiatives involving people, process and software

implementation.

- Apply change management processes to

develop and implement effective change

organization strategies and plans that maximize

employee adoption, improve organization

performance, and increase operational

efficiencies.

- Integrate change management activities into

project plans by providing expertise and

guidance to assigned teams.

- Conduct change management assessments,

including impact analyses, change readiness,

stakeholder identification and develop

appropriate plans and countermeasures.

Includes identification and assessment of risk

mitigation tactics and change resistance.

- Partner with stakeholders and team members

to coordinate efforts to achieve objectives.

- Identify and support communication and

training needs.

- Define success metrics and monitor progress

against goals across the change management

portfolio and recommend enhancements.

Basic Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree required in Business,

Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Sciences,

Human Resources, related degree considered.

- Demonstrated experience in change

management practices and methodologies.

- Experience having responsibility for a

program's change implementation.

Desired Skills:

- PROSCI (ADKAR) certification.

- Certified Change Management Professional

(CMMP) certification

- Exceptional communication and facilitation

skills with proven ability to influence a wide

audience.

- Prior experience in Aerospace, Engineering &

Science industries, or large consulting firm.

- Relationship building skills and ability to

influence decision making without direct

authority.

- Highly collaborative and capable of working

with and through others.

- Demonstrated problem solver, capable of

identifying root cause and identifying mitigation

plans with practical solution approaches.

- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt

certification.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
