Location: 9400 Blue Mound Rd. Fort Worth, TX 76131

Shift: 3rd Shift - Friday - Sunday; 7:00a.m. - 7:30p.m.

Pay: Starting at $16.25 an hour, plus 6% differential, plus incentive pay

This position is responsible for making product available for order picking. This person will follow the direction given directly by their Department Lead or Supervisor.

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do: The primary responsibility of this person is to ensure flow of picking totes, restock shipping cartons and remove discarded corrugate from pack stations and other tasks as directed by Department Leads or Supervisor. A Replenisher should hold the highest level of professionalism and integrity in every action performed and use good judgement whenever necessary to ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of VF Corp and the Dickies brand.

How you will do it: Department Lead or Supervisor will direct the person to move throughout assigned areas to ensure the work is being processed to support the timely completion and service of customer orders. The person will help maintain a safe work environment in supporting the day-to-day operations of these areas as well as within the Fort Worth Distribution Center. A Replenisher is expected to abide by company rules, policies, and procedures while maintaining the minimum performance level needed to ensure all assignments are conducted at the highest level of accuracy and quality.

What success looks like: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to ensure the accurate completion of shipping of all customer orders. A Replenisher should maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and handle assigned equipment appropriately in order to successfully keep the line running and ensure work is being processed in a timely manner.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 3 months

Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

· What we expect you already know: The replenisher is preferred to have at least 3 months of experience in high paced volume processing warehousing and distribution operations. A minimum of 3 months experience utilizing a Warehouse Management System and Radio Frequency equipment. Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to derive and utilize simple mathematical problems.
