What You Will Be Doing
Become a leader on the IFG EO/IR Team. Work with the EO/IR Team Manager to lead a high performing team of engineers in accomplishment of design, test, and integration of F16 and F22 EO/IR Systems and Subsystems. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee work assignments, performance assessment, salary management, recruitment, selection, training, staff forecasting, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Must be a US Citizen, this position will require a government security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM related appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment discipline.
Experience working with avionics, and hardware/software integration.
Desired Skills:
Leadership or program management experience preferred. Ability and willingness to provide career growth counseling, mentoring and leadership to early career engineers.
Experience as a lead or manager for a project or program.
Familiarity with Electro-Optic, Infrared and/or Laser Systems, or other sensor system,
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
