Lockheed Martin Ethics & Compliance Analyst Senior (Level 3) in Fort Worth, Texas

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. Be More Than You Can Imagine .

This is a two year rotational leadership development assignment supporting Aeronautics. The selected candidate will be inducted into the Lockheed Martin Ethics and Enterprise Assurance (EEA) Business Leadership Program (BLP) and will function as a key member of the Aero Ethics organization.

Under the supervision of a senior Ethics Officer, the successful candidate will:

• Assist with the Ethics Help Line and related

activities to provide employees a confidential

avenue to express ethics concerns, make inquiries,

and report misconduct.

• Conduct Ethics investigations within the LM

Corporate Ethics Program guidelines, ensuring

timely resolution and providing feedback to


• Assist in tracking and logging investigation results and inquiries in the Case Organization & Management Enterprise Tool (COMET). Maintain the quality of the COMET database to ensure consistency.

• Utilize the COMET database to analyze and report

Ethics trends to be used to develop action plans to

address and mitigate potential issues.

• Assist in Ethics Office functions and initiatives:

Ethics Awareness Training, Business Conduct

Compliance Training, Employee Surveys and Code

of Conduct review.

• Support Ethics and Business Conduct Steering

Committee meetings.

• Create and communicate Ethics messages and

other communication and awareness initiatives and

best practices.

• Work closely with the senior Ethics Officers with

strategy development and the daily operations of

the Ethics organization.

• Attend annual Ethics Officer conference sponsored

by the LM Corporate EEA organization.

• Perform other duties and additional responsibilities

as assigned including annual ethics initiatives

generated from the LM Corporate EEA organization.

• Promote the Ethics program through employee

outreach initiatives such as site visits, employee

communications, case studies and engagement

with the external community. Some travel will be


• Present periodic reports and assessments of the

ethics program through written communications,

oral presentations and/or other appropriate


• Provide guidance and interpretation of ethics and

business conduct policy to employees in order to

promote an ethical culture.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, and the ability to develop strong relationships will stakeholders is desired.

Minimal travel may be required.

The selected candidate must be in agreement with a 2-year rotational role.

A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.

Previous analytical, research, or investigative experience

Experience leading a project or process improvement initiative.
