What You Will Be Doing
As an F-22 Maintainability Engineer in Fort Worth, TX, you will play a critical role in enhancing the sustainment and modernization of the F-22 Raptor. This position focuses on improving aircraft readiness by analyzing fielded maintenance data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate technical inquiries, respond to customer reports, and develop maintenance optimization solutions. Your work will directly contribute to increasing the efficiency and reliability of F-22 maintenance operations, ensuring mission success and long-term aircraft performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze fielded F-22 maintenance and operational data to identify trends and improve aircraft readiness.
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions to address maintainability challenges.
- Evaluate and respond to Technical Order Data Change Requests, Deficiency Reports, and Action Requests from customers.
- Develop Maintenance Task Analysis and Fault Isolation source data to optimize aircraft maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support F-22 Sustainment and Modernization Programs.

Basic Qualifications:
• F-22 Avionics System Knowledge (EW/CNI/CORE)
• Knowledge of F-22 Field Technical Products (AR/DR/TODCR)
• F-22 Program Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Ability to conduct statistical data analysis
• Ability to communicate findings of analytical
research
• Familiarity with F-22 Maintainability/Diagnostics
Products
• Degree from an accredited college in Electrical
Engineering or related technical degree.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
