Lockheed Martin F-35 Depot Partnering Test Systems Senior Integrator (HYBRID TELEWORK) in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: We are committed to work life balance by promoting this HYBRID TELEWORK opportunity. These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.

WHAT WE'RE DOING

THE WORK

Candidate will be responsible for the management of F-35 Automated Test Systems (ATS) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) / Supplier support. Responsibilities will include:

1. Serve in a primary integrator role with OEMs, U.S. Government, and U.S. Government repair depots to ensure ATS requirements are understood.

2. Manage OEMs to ensure Site Service Requests (SSR) are taken back to the Production Program for support.

3. Coordination with U.S. Government depots to ensure successful depot standup activities which includes the management and approval of technical specifications to ensure they are aligned to contractual requirements.

4. Provide coordination and direction to OEMs to ensure that all ATS scope is understood and clearly defined.

5. Coordination with the F-35 Joint Program Office for action items that are needed to complete contractual milestones.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the F35 program, and/or general ATE related to F-35 component repair. The candidate will use these skills to ensure that the ATS is meeting the US Government needs, adjudicate out of scope requirements, and ensure that the Production and Performance Based Logistics (PBL) programs are kept in synch with OEM issues and solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong Systems Engineering background and understands the overall process required for F-35 Depot component repair capability related to ATS support and can coordinate and manage these activities to ensure contractual milestones are met. Frequent travel will be required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Extensive working knowledge of general Automated Test Equipment (ATE) related to F-35 depot maintenance component repair

• Experience with F-35 component depot maintenance and depot stand-up requirements

• Experience working with F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) and US Government depot organizations

• Working knowledge of F-35 Performance Based Logistics (PBL) and Field Services support

• Proven Systems Engineering performance

• Proven Program performance – individual contributor or lead

• Ability to obtain security clearance

• Ability to conduct and manage supplier meetings to ensure requirements understanding

• Flexibility to support both technical and leadership

initiatives and make sound decisions in support of contract execution

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
