Principal Accountabilities
Conduct regular inspections of all production equipment, identify and diagnose problems, and perform repairs as necessary
Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs and develop maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
Work with production teams to ensure equipment is installed, calibrated, and maintained according to industry standards and safety regulations
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Install, adjust, and repair production equipment, including motors, conveyors, and packaging equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations
Required Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to troubleshoot, program, and replace Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs and Panel View HMIs
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to troubleshoot and maintain X-rays, metal detectors and scales
Demonstrate how to troubleshoot Pneumatic, hydraulics, and electrical with schematics
Operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools, electric tools, precision maintenance tools, preventative maintenance technology tools, etc
Utilize and work with maintenance trades and components such as electrical, motor, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems, mechanical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Modifying or building equipment by reading and comprehending electrical/mechanical schematics, blueprints, and/or operation manuals
