BAE Systems Manager- Operations Fleet Management Team in Fort Worth, Texas
Job Description
The Manger-Operations Fleet Management Team will be responsible for the management and delivery of Fleet Management & Continuing Airworthiness activities across Flight Solutions contracts, including key areas of Sustainment on the F-35 Lightning II program. The role will act as a key interface both internally and externally by working closely with BAE Systems Stakeholders and the Customer community.
The team is predominately focused on delivering key Aircraft Maintenance & Continuing Airworthiness/Fleet Management tasks including; Lifed Item Tracking, Maintenance Tasking, Fleet Planning and Technical Aircraft Records in support of Lockheed Martin (LM) and the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) on the F-35 Program.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Typically 6 years progressive experience in Aircraft Maintenance & Fleet Management/Continuing Airworthiness and a Bachelor s Degree or 4 years with a Master s Degree in Aerospace Engineering/Fleet Management/Continuing Airworthiness or equivalent additional relevant experience, preferably working in both Operations and Functional environments.
Complete understanding of industry Aircraft Maintenance & Continuing Airworthiness Regulations & Standards and application of principles, concepts, practices and standards along with wide application of technical principles. To include AS9100D, ICAO, EASA, FAA and other customer regulations/standards relevant to F-35s Common Maintenance Standard (CMS).
FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
- Fully knowledgeable and with senior technical level experience of all the discipline areas required to deliver a fleet management service
Experience and understanding of operating as part of a complex, multi-organization international program recognizing different cultural drivers, motivations for being involved in the program, political agenda and the like. The role is responsible for the Project & Operational Management for F35 Fleet Operations deliverables. These include Lifed Item Tracking, Maintenance Tasking, Fleet Planning and Technical Aircraft Records.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118504 - $201457
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
