Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Manufacturing Support Team Member Staff (Level 4) to drive operational excellence in our Fort Worth, TX facility. This role plays a critical part in project management, safety oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure seamless manufacturing operations. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Manufacturing Support Team Member Staff, you will:
• Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Act as a liaison between management and support teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Conduct regular project status reviews, proactively identifying and addressing risks to maintain schedules.
• Perform safety agent duties for critical moves, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and efficient execution.
• Support floor supervision by identifying and eliminating obstacles that impact project timelines and on-time deliveries.
• Serve as a continuous improvement liaison across multiple teams, including COA, PMT, and IPT, to drive efficiency and process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management frameworks.
• Analyze project data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and recommend process changes.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to execute project tasks effectively.

Basic Qualifications:
• Low Observable (LO) Coatings experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (word, PowerPoint, excel).
• Experience with Continuous Improvement framework (PMT and COA).
• Experience with manufacturing applications, quality, &/or process engineering.
Desired Skills:
• 15 years of Low Observable (LO) Coatings experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flightline Experience
• Self-starter and ability to multitask

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
