Lockheed Martin MRB Sr Manager in Fort Worth, Texas
Description: We are Lockheed Martin
Senior Manager under the Airframe Design Competency within the Structures Functional Directorate. Responsible for providing leadership and technical oversight of the MRB organization:
• Facilitates plans and development of Material Review Engineering (MRB) processes, tools and metrics across all lines of business (LOB) (commonality/best practices)
• Ensures proper training is in place to develop MRB competency
• Provides support to recruit, hire, develop and maintain technical expertise needed to support successful program execution
• POC for staffing plans and engineering floor support across all of LOB
• Oversight of allocated budget (DCI, conference, training)
• Facilitates career development and employee engagement (LM Commit, merit, promotion planning, career counseling, discipline, awards)
• Oversee development and implementation of digital transformation tools/processes and advanced repair techniques
• Provides feedback to the Functional Directorate on process/implementation improvements

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Engineering Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical or Civil Engineering field with 14+ years industry experience
• Technical leadership or managerial experience
• Prior Material Review Engineering or Structural Repair Engineering experience
• Experience in domestic and international production MRB support.
• Minimum Secret clearance required to be considered
Desired Skills:
• Demonstration of Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
• Knowledge in prototype and production operations.
• Structural design experience with knowledge in CAD tools (CATIA, NX)
• Knowledge in prototype and production operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
