We are seeking a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Associate Manager (Level 4) to lead manufacturing operations in the JSF Production Assembly area at our Fort Worth, TX facility. In this role, you will oversee manufacturing activities, manage a represented workforce, and drive performance in quality, schedule, and cost.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Associate Manager, you will:

• Oversee multiple functional areas within manufacturing, including machining, assembly, tooling, and packaging.

• Lead a team of represented employees, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and cost objectives.

• Provide guidance on work assignments, training, and performance assessments while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality procedures.

• Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.

• Support the recruitment, selection, and training of manufacturing personnel to build a high-performing team.

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production challenges and enhance efficiency.

• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, defect reduction, and cost control.

• Drive employee engagement through mentorship, recognition programs, and professional development opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with Aircraft Maintenance or Aerospace manufacturing &/or productions methodologies in a professional environment.

• Experience in managing a team using tools, &/or systems typically used in a production &/or manufacturing environment.

• Experience business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality)

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel.

• Understanding of business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality).

• Greenbelt certified.

• Working knowledge of manufacturing systems including, PDM, MRP, SFM, and EWI.

• Previous development experience.

• Working knowledge of Crew Plans.

• Experience forecasting manpower.

• Excellent communication skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
