Lockheed Martin Production Engineering CAM and Proposals Lead in Fort Worth, Texas

Are you a strategic leader with expertise in Control Account Management (CAM) and proposal development? Lockheed Martin is seeking a Production Engineering CAM and Proposals Lead to drive execution and accountability across F-35 Production Engineering projects. In this role, you will lead a team of seven CAMs, ensuring performance to contractual commitments while serving as the primary liaison with the Proposals team for Production Engineering inputs to Basis of Estimates (BOEs).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Lead and oversee a team of seven CAMs, ensuring alignment with contract deliverables and production objectives.

Manage a diverse portfolio of F-35 Production Engineering projects :

• Follow-on Modernization implementation.

• Affordability projects to drive cost reduction and process efficiency.

• Tooling and Special Test Equipment implementation for advanced manufacturing.

• Field modifications for both F-35 and IFG (International Fighter Group) operations.

• Other discretely funded projects supporting full-rate production and delivery requirements.

Execute all phases of CAM project management :

• Proposal integration and baseline development.

• Earned Value Management (EVM) performance tracking.

• Project closure and financial reconciliation.

• Serve as the primary interface with the Proposals team, providing accurate and data-driven Production Engineering inputs to Basis of Estimates (BOEs).

• Support staffing rockpile management, ensuring alignment of planned and high-potential work to production needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, finance, and supply chain, to drive seamless project execution.

Basic Qualifications:

• CAM Certification.

• CAM, Finance, Project Management, &/or Program Management experience.

Desired Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated experience interfacing and presenting to Senior Leadership.

• Self-starter with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.

• Demonstrated leadership experience.

• Experience working with Production Engineering.

• Experience working with Program Management.

• Demonstrated experience reviewing, writing, evaluating Basis of Estimates (BOEs).

• Familiarity with Lockheed's EVMS Tool Suite.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
