Lockheed Martin Logistics Services (LMLS) is seeking a Pricing/Estimating Proposal Analyst Senior to join our team. As a member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, reviewing, and obtaining approval of complex sustainment estimates for multiple programs. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including program management, accounting, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, analyze, review, and obtain approval of complex sustainment estimates for multiple programs
• Coordinate with program and sustainment integration teams, accounting, and finance organizations to ensure accurate and compliant estimates
• Analyze program requirements, coordinate, and evaluate basis of estimates (BOEs) and support internal proposal reviews, customer audit/fact-findings, and negotiations
• Provide overall estimate coordination, pricing.
• Develop comparative analyses, present estimate data to management, and provide consultation on estimating issues
• Interface with DCMA and DCAA, and perform special assignments as required
Proposal Support:
• Collaborate with program and capture management to coordinate all aspects of cost proposals in support of multiple programs
• Assist proposal teams with proposal structure development, including work breakdown structures (WBS), BOE organization, and schedules
• Coordinate functional responsibilities with proposal managers and teams
• Support proposal schedules and communicate pricing ground rules and assumptions
• Compile and review BOEs from all fun
Must be a US Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain a Secret level clearance after hire.
A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, or related discipline and 6 years of experience or a Master's degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, or related discipline and 4 years of experience
• Familiarity or experience with FAR, Part 15 proposal requirements
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience using proposal pricing systems or BOE tools such as PROPRICER, APTS, or other BOE tools
• Advanced or expert level experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Tableau
• Proven communication and leadership skills
• Experience coordinating estimates with changing requirements
• Pricing or functional estimating experience in engineering, operations, and/or sustainment
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $81,600 - $153,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $71,000 - $136,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
