Lockheed Martin Security Rep in Fort Worth, Texas
Description: The primary mission of the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.
The Security Representative will be part of an exciting team that develops, evaluates, refines, and implements cost effective and value-added security solutions across the Aeronautics enterprise.
Contribute to many of the company’s security initiatives, identifying best practices, and driving continuous improvement opportunities.
• Lead over Lockshop operations
• Physical Security support as required
• Self-Inspection Team Member for LM Aero - Fort Worth to ensure compliance with federal regulations governing classified material and export-controlled data.
• Apply business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues, communicating observations and recommendations to leadership.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment; yet work independently to ensure compliance with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics requirements
Selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:
• Locksmith experience
• Experience in supporting self-inspection (or similar) efforts
• Have experience in either DoD Collateral Program, Special Access Program, Personnel Security, Physical Security, and/or Security Education & Training
Desired Skills:
• GSA Certified
• Experience with the 32 CFR 117 NISPOM Rule
• Be self-driven & results-oriented
• Be highly organized & have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
