Cardinal Health Senior. Coordinator, Inventory Management - QIC - Replenishment: Monday-Friday, 6:00PM Start Time in Fort Worth, Texas

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday - 6:00 PM start until completion (Mandatory Overtime) - Occasional Weekends

Work Location: Cardinal Health, 5400 Sandshell Dr. Fort Worth, TX 76137 (Climate controlled facility)

Sign-on Bonus for New Hires: $1,500

Anticipated hourly range: $19.00 per hour - $26.46 per hour

What Inventory Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Inventory Management is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning and customer forecasting systems, supply planning, product deployment and expediting processes, and the development and implementation of a stocking optimization model to minimize costs and inventory while delivering on service requirements.

Qualifications

  • Other MHE and RF scanner experience preferred

  • Previous order picker / cherry picker, forklift experience

  • Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly

  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to bend, reach, stooping, lift and stand for entire shift

  • Some college, plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • 2-5 years of relatable DC/ Warehouse experience preferred

  • Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice

  • Must be self- motivated and organized

  • Ability to make sound decisions to protect the fiscal assets of the business

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred

  • Some College preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft office

Responsibilities

  • Focusing on the receipt and balancing of inbound materials from PO physical receipt

  • Using multiple systems in efforts to research and resolve inventory discrepancies, proper handling in the receipt, billing and debiting of materials

  • Identifying and handling and FCA impacted product in support of servicing customers

  • Willing to aid and support department in various assigned tasks

  • Accepting and executing any other requirements made by the facility management team

  • maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications

  • Works on assignments that are moderately difficult requiring judgment in resolving issues

  • May assist in recommendation of processes on new assignments

  • Adheres to all quality guidelines

  • Works with limited supervision. Work occasionally involves review of output by work lead or supervisor

  • May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members
