Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Software Engineer (DevSecOps). In this role, you will coordinate across multiple teams to support digital transformation initiatives, develop, troubleshoot and support CI/CD build pipelines, support the aircraft software build process, design, develop and leverage open-source, commercial and in-house software to support automation infrastructure, and attend and participates in daily scrums, sprint reviews and technical demos. The successful candidate should also have experience and/or knowledge of programming/scripting languages, such as Python, C/C++, Groovy, Java, JavaScript, as well as effective communication skills as they will frequently interact with customers.

Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or any other related Engineering field

• Experience using Python, C++, Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitLab, Artifactory, Nexus and other CI tools

• Experience integrating tools within CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins/Gitlab)

• Understanding of Cloud and Containerization technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, AWS, Azure)

• Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Testing Tools - Parasoft, SonarCube, CppUnit, Junit, GoogleTest, CodePeer

• CM/Artifact Repo - Bitbucket, GIT, Nexus, Artifactory

• Databases - MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL

• Monitoring – Grafana, Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kabana(ELK Stack)

• Build Tools/Automation - Green Hills, GCC, Gradle, Maven, Conan, CMake/Make

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
