Who You Are

As a Material Program Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing internal relationships with Advanced Development Program Office, the Customer and with the Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. Every day will be unique as your responsibilities are designed to help communicate the program's vision, purpose and mission from its customer and company's perspective. Their job is to help communicate from a One Voice approach, the objectives, strategies and plans specific to GSC and it's Supply base; that are necessary to winning the business and supporting the customer(s).

What You Will Be Doing

•Establishing and executing acquisition strategies to support program objectives while maintaining procurement system integrity

•Effectively communicating across multiple disciplines and with multiple personalities

•Navigating competing demands between aggressive program schedule milestones and functional compliance responsibilities

•Ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)

•Conducting risk, issues, and opportunities management

AeroSCM

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in project management; leading cross-functional teams and/or PM leading Subcontract Program Management teams

Experience in one of the following:

• Purchasing/Subcontract Management,

Program Management

• An Active Secret or an Interim Secret Security Clearance is needed at start date

Desired Skills:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

• Experience implementing or managing Supply Chain strategy

• Experience implementing or managing Supply Chain Risk Management requirements

• Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and Department of Defense (DoD) programs

• Experience translating material to various supplier, internal, and USG audiences

• Experience in team building and leading through influence

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $118,100 - $226,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $135,800 - $256,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
