Project Management - Senior

What You Will Be Doing

The selected candidate will serve as a member of the Proposal Management team supporting F35 sustainment acquisitions for Mods and Change Request (CR) portfolios. The candidate will work closely with Acquisition Integrators, F-35 Procurement, and F-35 Program Office to ensure SCM inputs for Prime Proposal submittals are supported. The candidate will develop kick off presentations, monitor acquisition health, utilize metric tools to track and report progress, mitigate acquisition risks, and report to all levels of leadership up to the time of subcontract definitization. The candidate must be able to work independently as well as be a team player and willing to support other team members on a proactive basis.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university

- Proven Subcontract / Program Management experience

- Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing, in an environment with numerous internal customers

- Experience interfacing with multiple levels of management both internally and externally

- Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Ability to obtain a secret clearance

Desired Skills:

- Advanced experience in Supply Chain Management

- Thinking "outside the box" for innovative solutions to challenging programmatic issues and risks

- Negotiation Experience

- Aircraft Modification Administration

- Vendor Management

- Sustainment Line of Business experience

- Process Improvement experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
