Who You Are

Subcontract Management, Senior

What You Will Be Doing

You'll be responsible for:

Managing of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified "Commercial Off The Shelf", performance specifications and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs.

Leading multifunctional subcontract management teams. Procurement delegation and signing supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

Leading the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.

Preparing bid packages, conducting bidders' conferences, developing evaluation criteria, analyzing and evaluating proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommending subcontractors, writing subcontract packages, preparing awards and administering the resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

AeroSCM

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university

• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management or as a Buyer

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally, building consensus and shaping/influencing opinion

Desired Skills:

• 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

• Experience with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or similar

• Experience TINA compliant (Truth in Negotiations Act)

• Experience working collaboratively and operating in an environment with multiple stakeholders

• Experience making business-based decision

• Familiarity with Government Procurement processes and regulations

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
