Global Supply Chain Management - Material Program Manager
What You Will Be Doing
This position is for a F-35 Development Material Program Manager (MPM). The selected candidate will be responsible for working laterally across F-35 GSC and other LM functions, including Program Management, to develop comprehensive acquisition and execution plans in support of programmatic milestones. MPM is responsible for acquisition milestone tracking from RFP through Definitization for major efforts. The MPM will also be responsible for summary level performance metrics to respective PM, including constraint resolution. This MPM will be the integration point between GSC and the F-35 Development PMO, and is responsible for effective communication between the functions. The MPM will also responsible for removing roadblocks and driving actions to supporting functions to enable successful GSC execution of program requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or 10 years of experience professional experience supply chain related experience
- Experience of supply chain processes and life cycle
- Experience with GSC processes, policies and practices
- Experience with negotiations and various contract types
- Familiarity with the Development lifecycle and principles
- Experience effectively communicating to clients and executives; as well as clearly and concisely translating programmatic needs into a Global Supply Chain action
Desired Skills:
- Program or project management experience
- Financial Acumen
- Requirements management experience
- Experience with contract interpretation, terms & conditions
- Experience defining and implementing standard work across a team

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
