Lockheed Martin Supply Operation Support, F-35 Sustainment - Level 2 in Fort Worth, Texas

Description:

You will be a Supply Operation Support, F-35 Sustainment - Level 2 as part of the F-35 Sustainment Supply Base Operations Support (BOS) Team.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Supply Operation Support, F-35 Sustainment - Level 2, you will primarily coordinate planning, organization, control, integration and the completion of multiple system related projects. By providing Sustainment Supply technical assistance, you will take part in developing and executing BOS guidance and direction to support the overall development of F-35 sustainment operations worldwide. You will support ALIS and SAP integration as part of the BOS team and be knowledgeable amongst other tools that stretch across the enterprise (e.g. ATLAS, LDM).

You will interact with internal and external customers on a technical level in an IPT environment with the Joint Program Office ALIS SCM Core team. You will review system design documents for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. You will hold experience in supply chain and logistics management, warehouse management and design, and how they relate to the toolsets used both internally and externally.

Must have strong project management and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast paced and fluid environment. You must also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and have a functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

The responsibilities of the position include:

• Provide subject matter expert (SME) support as needed for Sustainment Supply tools and processes

• Assist in SAP and ALIS requirements work package reviews and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development for contract changes and systems engineering change proposals.

• Analyze and resolve customer-raised enterprise system issues and gaps

• Brief customer, program leadership, and peers on program and project status

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and will require a Secret clearance after starting.

Basic Qualifications:

• Familiar with aviation Sustainment Supply processes (i.e. warehouse management, logistics, operations support)

• Holds demonstrated project management experience

• Experience with interfacing and/or solving challenges in partnership with cross-functional teams, customers, and other supply teams

Desired Skills:

• Self-Starter attitude

• Previous experience with ALIS

• Previous experience with SAP

• Previous experience with MS Office Tools

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
