This position reports to the Manager of Systems Engineering R&M on the F-35 program. In this position the candidate will provide solutions for components, suppliers, and technical issues associated with Electrical Power System. The development of skills pertains fundamental concepts of Reliability and Maintainability skillsets, including modeling, prediction, assessment, and growth of electronic devices.
The successful candidate will analyze and interpret requirements – contractor and supplier, establishing performance goals and thresholds, analyze fielded data to develop performance metrics, track R&M task completion status, coordinate with external organizations to ensure accurate R&M representation, participate in Root Cause Corrective Action investigations, track reliability growth, and support base R&M requests and analysis as required. The successful candidate must be able to help develop concise formats, and generate and present information utilizing graphs, charts, tables, written reports or other methods.
A level 2 employee Typically has 2 - 5 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be a US Citizen, This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
• Degree from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and/or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Effective communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of reliability fundamentals and understanding of reliability analysis and root cause analysis.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with performing quantitative reliability and maintainability predictions, Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA/FMEA) and maintainability timeline evaluation.
Familiar with Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA)
Experience working with Military Partner / Customers
Ability to travel as needed
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
