b>What You Will Be Doing

System/Software Design Engineer for the F35 Mission Planning Environment (MPE) team responsible for mission planning, ground security and system/software requirements development. Will develop requirements work packages, data item dictionary, trusted file classification specifications, and system/subsystem design document; conducts internal and external collaboration and customer and supplier technical interchange meetings; participates in software product evaluation reviews and software change configuration board; investigates and corrects software product anomaly reports. Reviews Mission Systems, ALIS, Training System, and System Security Engineering domain requirements for impacts to the MPE. Candidate should have experience with Model Based System Engineering (MBSE).

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in an Engineering discipline

• Experience with system designing and decomposing requirements down to lower tiers and documenting in a requirements work product

• Minimum Secret clearance

• Experience defining design level capability solutions using context diagrams, use cases, activity

diagrams, and state machines to develop system requirements and allocation in CAMEO.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and execution on an Agile team

Desired Skills:

• Strong technical background working on weapons

•Proven track record meeting IMS schedule events

• Coordinating with and presenting to customers. program mangers and leadership

• Master degree in System Engineering

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
