Lockheed Martin Systems Engineer Mgr - Level 5 in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: IFG (F16/F22) LCM Systems Engineering Manager Role: The responsibilities for this position will include managing the LCM Teams and the technical activities required to meet contractual requirements across multiple programs in accordance with the program Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs).

This includes but is not limited to leading and supporting efforts toward forward-looking Digital Transformation plans; creation of Integrated Master Plans (IMPs); supporting and leading Technical Reviews and Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs); conducting technical integration activities of air system development; managing, calculating and reporting Key Performance Parameters / Technical Performance Measurements (KPPs/TPMs); conducting integrated technical planning, leading the integration and execution of the program Systems Engineering plans; performing data accumulation and calculation of program metrics; leading the overall Systems Engineering integration activities and reporting of technical efforts to executive leadership and our customers. The selected candidate will be required to tackle a wide range of challenging problems, and will lead their direct staff. This position will require presence in the office 75%. In summary, the selected candidate will provide overall direction for adherence to technical policies and procedures to ensure technical integrity.

Basic Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of Systems Engineering processes and/or Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies

- Lifecycle Management experience

- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to promote teamwork with internal customers

- Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills

- Bachelors or higher degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with commensurate years of professional experience.

- US Citizen with ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Desired Skills:

- Proposal preparation, execution, and negotiation

- Desire and interest to take on technical planning and related activities in support of program execution (e.g. CAM duties, IMS planning, and program status, etc.)

- IFG (F16/F22) program experience

- Formal leadership experience

- CAM certified

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
