Lockheed Martin Systems Engineer Senior Staff (Level 5) in Fort Worth, Texas
Description: We are Lockheed Martin
You will be the Systems Engineering lead and innovator tasked with helping to develop the process framework for establishing technical integrity for contracts in IFG and reinstituting technical planning fundamentals already defined in our Aero Codes.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be considered a systems engineering technical authority. You will ensure the product definition, technical standards, and workflows are reflected in the overall plan to execute technical development scope. You will work with various company engineering SMEs, planners, and leaders to provide confidence in a contract’s ability to Plan Green, Start Green, and Stay Green.
You will have an opportunity to positively influence Aero 100 by assuring the plans we develop can be executed 100% on time with 100% quality thus enabling us to meet our LRP. We are looking for someone that wants to make a difference.
Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinate with technical teams across all Engineering domains to ensure all engineering elements of the product, workflows, and their dependencies are appropriately defined and documented as required
• Provide analysis of existing technical documents that define the current plan and provide recommendations/path forward to increase technical integrity of the product
• Leverage existing standard planning process models to perform these efforts and use process modeling tools to maintain the standard processes.
• Maintain tools through updating scripts and ensuring continued use of ARIS and other technical planning/modeling software
• Establish the framework, develop the process, and set expectations for Systems Engineering with regards to technical planning within IFG engineering

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (System Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) from an accredited college
• Significant F16 Platform knowledge/experience
• Experience and/or knowledge of the Systems Engineering Process
• SECRET security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge/experience working with proposals
• Strong oral and written communication
• Experience with basic software development
• Experience utilizing ARIS software modeling techniques
• Script Writing Experience (JAVA Preferred)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
