Shift Available: 2nd Shift

Compensation: $23.00/hr

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Moving trailers back and forth, including to loading and dumping material

  • Safety - responsible for safety of themselves and teammates

  • Require active participation in safety program

  • Ingredient Storage management, to include housekeeping, inventory counts, Ingredient storage, moving ingredients from one storage location to another

  • Receiving and unloading of bulk ingredients from hoppers, pneumatic trucks, etc

  • Accurate completion of receiving documents

  • Participating and implementing FSQR Program (Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory)

  • Assist in other plant areas as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or visa sponsored by a third-party employer

  • Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility

  • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)

  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

  • Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays or different shifts with advance notice

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience

  • Commercial driver's license (CDL) and ability to drive big trucks
