Brunswick Freedom Boat Club - Lead Instructor - South in Ft. Myers, Florida

Responsible for the day to day leadership, management and support of the FBC Corporate Instructors Team.

  1. Implement an on-going formal instructor observation program. 12 per month.

  2. Ensure adequate instructor resources for each location

  3. Manage the instructors intake process from interviewing possible candidates, completing and submitting proper employment forms, training the new instructor and conducting follow up training observations. And the overall continuing education and administrative responsibilities of the instructor cadre.

  4. Ensure adequate training supply levels are being maintained at each training location.

  5. Ensure corporate training facilities reflect our standard of professionalism

  6. Ensure Instructor provide availability information in a timely manner.

  7. Continue to conduct on going member trainings as available.

  8. Review Incident Reports for additional membership requirements.

  9. Intercede between instructors, membership executive and office staff for issue resolution

  10. Assisting office staff to delegate and schedule franchise trainings.

  11. Provide advice to the instructors’ team regarding company policy and procedures with a focus on consistency

  12. Work with Director of Instruction regarding training materials updates.

  13. Manage special member training programs such as ladies Day and National Marina Day

  14. Support Freedom Boat Club’s Drug Free Workplace policy.
