We are seeking an energetic, passionate individual to join our management team as Operations Manager at our Fairfield Inn in beautiful Gaylord, Michigan. Proudly managed by North Mich Hospitality Management (NMHM), a small but growing Michigan based Management Company. We are looking for an individual who is passionately friendly with a high service standard to exceed the expectations of our guests. A strong work ethic and cooperative mindset is essential to be successful in this position. We believe in teamwork and would not ask anything of our associates that we have not done or will not do ourselves.
Our new Team Member must have open availability and be able to work weekends and holidays as required. Although not required, candidates with previous hotel experience may be given immediate consideration.

Our new Team Member must be able to wear many hats! The Operations Manager will assist the General Manager and Assistant General to ensure that day to day operations run smoothly. This is the quintessential cheerleading position. The Operations Manager is responsible for helping motivate and working beside both Front of House and Back of House staff. They will help ensure shifts are covered and employees are properly trained on the job. We require our Operations Manager to be cross trained in multiple positions so they can jump in to support any department. Fosse knowledge/experience is a plus, but not required.
