Lockheed Martin Manufacturing Support Team Member Associate in Georgia

Description: This position will fulfill the role of Production Planner at the Missile Integrated Support Facility (MISF) at SWFLANT. The candidate will be responsible for the daily planning activities for package delivery along with developing and maintaining the Electronics Manufacturing Requirement Plan (EMRP). This plan is used by finance to load budget along with ensuring staffing levels are adequate to meet the all up workload at MISF.

Production updates will be made weekly in the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to ensure accurate representation of al WIP. The Production Planner will ensure that the IMS and EMRP accurately reflect each other with the EMRP release and that both schedules meet or exceed Master Schedule requirements. If there is any perturbations to the schedule, recovery plans will be created and tracked. This will include generation of metric packages to all stakeholders and senior management which will provide insight to any changes in the IMS. The candidate will also be responsible for providing weekly production status updates to SWFLANT management on any items of interest that arise during the maintenance and update of the IMS.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree, with combined work experience; or equivalent related work experience.

Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.

Desired Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Office Applications.

Computer proficiency and demonstrated ability to learn new software applications.

High quality/ error free output.

Excellent communications (verbal, presentation, written).

Performance as a team player.

Familiarity with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Realtime Projects.

Experience developing Integrated Plans and Schedules
