Description

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking Maintenance Master Data Expert SAP to join our Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Supply Chain organization located in Wilson, North Carolina.

While this role will ultimately support the site operations located in Wilson NC, this role will also be required to support the project phase across both design & construction. For the project design phase, the role will require you to be present with our design teams in the Greater Philadelphia region. Once the design phase is completed, this role will support the construction and operational start-up of the site. For this, you will be required to be on site in Wilson, NC. Based on your current location the hiring team will work with you to determine travel and relocation arrangements. In steady state, we expect travel to be less than 10%.

The Maintenance Master Data Expert create and sustain the governance and administrative processes to support the Make Asset Management (MAM) department’s use and maintenance of SAP CMMS. The Maintenance Master Data Expert will provide support to ensure compliance with site procedures, global procedures, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and owning the SAP Plant Maintenance site system (SAP-PM, Quality Management (QM) and Material Management (MM) modules).

  • Set up Safety, Calibrations and Master Data, Documents, Spare Parts, Utilities and Equipment Maintenance Systems in accordance with industry best practices and global process.

  • Ownership of the generation, review, revision, deployment, and communication of SAP Plant Maintenance documentation.

  • Ensure compliance of SAP Plant Maintenance processes and any supporting procedures/work instructions with global procedures and industry best practices.

  • Participate in the development, improvement, and modification of SAP CMMS related processes to support continuous improvement of asset performance.

  • Develop and manage key performance indicators in relation to SAP Plant Maintenance performance (Calibrations, PMs, Correctives, etc).

  • Providing SAP technical assistance to maintenance personnel and other departments.

  • Training all new personnel in SAP-PM fundamentals and best practices.

  • Ensuring master data integrity and reporting out of master data accuracy and compliance to standards.

  • Participate in projects as CMMS SME or lead SAP/CMMS improvement initiatives.

  • Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​

Qualifications

Required:

  • Scientific or technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation/controls or utilities Engineering.

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.

  • Experiencing managing and maintaining an SAP CMMS system.

  • Understanding of maintenance operations in a manufacturing facility, preferably in a pharmaceutical cGMP-regulated environment.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering, science or related fields.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Project management experience within a manufacturing facility or pharmaceutical cGMP-regulated environment.

  • Familiarity with the change control process in a pharmaceutical cGMP-regulated environment.
