Raytheon Space & Airborne Systems - Systems Engineering, Integration and Test department (SEIT) – has an immediate opportunity for an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to join EWS Emerging Technologies. The activities of the section include: Engaging with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, and Lead Systems Engineers, to ensure systems engineering discipline, and promoting successful program execution within cost, schedule and technical milestones ; leading requirements development efforts related to the operations concept, architecture, design, development, integration, validation, performance assessment, and flight test; frequent collaboration with multiple functions (software, hardware, systems) and the program office; monitoring engineering performance; and technical presentations with internal and external customers. The mission of the Integrated Project Team Lead (IPTL) is to champion planning, coordination, and communication of the multidisciplinary/cross-functional team responsible for delivering a defined subsystem, product or service as directed by the Program Manager. The IPTL is responsible for ensuring the assigned team’s objectives are achieved on schedule, within budget, and consistent with quality and technical standards. They oversee execution on all aspects of the design, development, integration, and test of IPT work products. The IPTL will be responsible for supporting the following: New Business/Proposal, Program Execution, Productivity, and People Required Skills: Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems engineering development Systems engineering experience with Electronic Support and Electronic Warfare systems Experience with process improvement (e.g. CMMI and R6S); experience building strong relationships and effectively partnering with internal resources; customer focused. Execution of people process, strategy process and operations process Project and Risk Management Supplier Management Engineering Domain Knowledge Ability to drive multidisciplinary/cross-functional team performance Must be a U.S. Citizen with Active (or active within past 24 months) DoD Secret Clearance Desired Skills: Demonstrated strong judgment and decision making abilities Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities Technical publications and/or patents Ability to foster new technologies and business growth Familiarity with EVMS Negotiation Skills Required Education (including major): Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
