Lockheed Martin Manufacturing Planner in Grand Prairie, Texas
Description: You will be the Manufacturing Planner for the PP&C team. Our team is responsible for managing the production schedule and analyzing material shortages for various programs, driving efficiency and productivity in our manufacturing operations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Planner, you will be responsible for optimizing production schedules and resolving material shortages to ensure seamless manufacturing operations. You will work closely with the team to drive efficiency and productivity.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing production schedules and material shortages
• Analyzing data to inform production planning decisions
• Collaborating with multiple levels of management and external customers
• Developing and presenting critical schedule and material information

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
• Experience with SAP
• Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
• Must be able to work outside of the normal operating hours, as required
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of Management, industry peers, a represented workforce and internal and external customers.
• Demonstrated ability to extract data, create and present critical schedule and material information
• Strong interpersonal skills in a team
environment.
• Experience with managing production schedules across multiple manufacturing and assembly locations
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Material Management and
Accounting System (MMAS)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
