Lockheed Martin Materials Analyst in Grand Prairie, Texas

Description:

You will be the Material Analyst for the Global Supply Chain Organization, supporting the M270 Launcher Program. Our team is responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of materials to meet production demands, collaborating with Integrated Product Team members and suppliers to drive program success.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Material Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and tracking purchased materials to meet production requirements, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and management of materials. Your responsibilities will include:

•Participating in Line of Balance meetings to track material delivery and production schedules

•Conducting analysis to ensure material availability meets the Internal Operating Plan (IOP)

•Communicating with suppliers to resolve delivery issues and track material shipments using SAP

•Supporting financial and performance risk identification and analysis for suppliers

•Contributing to other projects and stretch assignments to drive organizational goals

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

•Excellent communication skills.

•Experience working with suppliers/vendors

•Strong computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications.

•Able to multitask.

•Able to complete multiple tasks within time constraints.

•Able to obtain a secret clearance.

Desired Skills:

•Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, strong analytical ability, able to work autonomously, good communication and presentation skills.

•Experience working in a team environment

•Experience working with Tableau and/or SAP

•Proactive mindset needed to overcome obstacles

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
