Lockheed Martin PAC-3 KSA Program Manager (In-Country) - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in Grand Prairie, Texas

Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a PAC-3 Program Manager to support the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) PAC-3 Senior Program Manager by facilitating the planning and execution of all PAC-3 activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Responsibilities include:

Supports PAC-3 program teams to ensure delivery and sustainment of PAC-3 hardware and services on schedule and within budget.

Supports coordination of in-country PAC-3 Technical Assistance (TA)/Field Service Representatives (FSR) activities.

Provides in-country support to PAC-3 technical, engineering, and functional staffs in the United States and during visits to KSA.

Provides in-country support to the PAC-3 program team in the identification, development, and execution of industrial participation / localization projects.

Represents the PAC-3 team during daily interactions with leadership and staffs from LM Saudi Arabia, Lockheed Martin Global Inc, and other Lockheed Martin Business Areas.

Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Saudi Government and Industry including the Ministry of Defense, General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI), Saudi Arabia Military Industries (SAMI), Royal Saudi Air Defense Force, Air Defense Force Institute (ADFI), Maintenance and Technical Support Depot (MTSD), and other sustainment organizations.

Conducts liaison with US Government organizations in KSA, to include Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) and United States Military Training Mission (USMTM).

Basic Qualifications:

Experienced leader with a minimum of 5-10 years of program management, business development, or military leadership experience.

Strong business acumen, including negotiation and conflict management skills.

Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) knowledge and experience.

Logistics and Sustainment Experience.

Effective communicator, comfortable with interacting and influencing at senior levels of company and with customer leadership.

Demonstrated Full-Spectrum leadership practices.

Ability to interface with functional teams to develop solutions to complex issues.

Strong oral and written communication skills – formal presentation skills.

Ability to effectively work with internal and external team members.

Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills.

Middle East cultural knowledge and experience.

Willingness to live in KSA with occasional travel throughout Saudi Arabia, the Middle East region, and to the US.

Desired Skills:

Familiar with the PAC-3 Ground Support Equipment and Interceptor.

Program management experience and skills.

Subcontract program management.

Business Development Skills.

Knowledge and experience with Government Contracting.

Knowledge and experience with the Royal Saudi Air Defense Force.

Familiarization with International Trade Compliance, Export Control, and Licensing.

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Analytical thinker with a demonstrated ability of solving complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation.

Experience working with offset / industrial participation projects or knowledge of offset approaches from previous programs or countries.

Competitive intelligence and foreign industry market analysis

Strong organizational skills.

US Government Secret Clearance (or international equivalent).
