Lockheed Martin Strategy Analyst Senior Manager- Top Secret in Grand Prairie, Texas

Description: As Senior Manager for Mission Integration Solutions for Missiles & Fire Control, this individual will be responsible for leading the strategies in order to grow MFC with Domestic and International customers in coordination with MFC lines of business. This candidate will coordinate with a team of S&BD professionals in the identification, qualification, and shaping counter UAS strategies. This individual will assess the impact of new opportunities and strategies on the MFC enterprise, as well as be responsible for evaluating LoB recommendations on market research, go-to-market strategies, and business capture and growth plans. This individual will partner with support Program Management teams, and will also be responsible for hiring, training and mentoring their team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Evaluate and prioritize cross LoB (Lines of Business) and cross BA campaign plans
  • Collaborate on cost, schedule and performance trades to capture new business, organize the capture teams, and win competitions.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of new products and services, spiral developments, and new business pursuits.
  • Understands customer needs as LoBs develop and execute keep sold plans for ongoing programs to design complimentary disruptive technologies that improve our strategic positioning long term.
  • Manages the prioritization of financial resources to develop technologies and products in alignment with customer needs.
  • Deliver JADO relevant capabilities to our customers in coordination with other LM business areas.
  • Communicates frequently with government customers, LoB VPs, Strategy Director, and S&BD VP.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven and current knowledge of Requirements, Resources, budgeting, S&T environment and acquisition processes.
  • Experience in technology development and transition, multi-level security modeling & simulation, and operations analysis
  • Ability to present in front of senior level management
  • Ability to quickly grasp technology concepts and translate their value to customers.
  • Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing business environment and priorities.
  • Must have the ability to utilize political skills to navigate complexity and conflict. This includes the ability to work across organizational boundaries and jurisdictions; leading customer meetings and cross-discipline teams in development of customer solutions for Joint All Domain Operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to craft presentations for senior management and customers.
  • Must have an active Top Secret clearance with background investigation to allow Special Access / Top Secret Clearance

  • Experience developing long term Strategy, business cases OA plans & business plans.
  • Experience collaborating with customer requirements working groups and customer operations analysis teams to develop opportunities from early concept/trend identification through qualification, requirements shaping, bid/no bid (business case acumen), through proposal development and submittal.
  • Current understanding of LM capture process, business strategy and business development processes. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $161,500 - $304,300.
