Lockheed Martin System Integration / Test Engineer - Grand Prairie, TX in Grand Prairie, Texas

Description:

You will be the Integration and Test Engineer for our missile program team, supporting technical and programmatic duties. Our team is responsible for ensuring the successful integration and testing of missile systems, including subsystem integration, flight testing, and automated test equipment.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting subsystem integration and testing, flight testing, and preparing test-related documentation. You will work closely with technical leads to ensure engineering excellence and communicate technical status and issues to program and functional leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting subsystem integration and testing

• Conducting flight testing and using automated test equipment

• Preparing test-related documentation, including test plans and reports

• Developing procedures for missile functional testing

• Assembling and testing mockup missiles and live ordnance flight test missiles

• Supporting flight testing at a Government Test Range

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. An Interim Secret Clearance is required to start.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors of Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) or equivalent professional experience

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with ground-launched missile systems, and subassembly integration and testing

• Experience developing standard operating procedures for missile processing, test plans and test reports.

Desired Skills:

• Experience being part of a flight test team for ground-launched missiles

• Experience planning and coordinating flight test missions.

• Active Secret Clearance

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
