Kellanova Operations Supervisor in Grand Rapids, Michigan

As Operations Supervisor at Kellanova, you will be responsible for supervising hourly employees and executing production and logistics plans and overall operations of assigned area/shift to include: warehouse, labor relations, production, site security, quality, safety and regulatory compliance. This is a 2nd shift position working 2p-11p with some Saturdays required. We value your insights and will be counting on you to supervise the execution of production plans through operators and other hourly labor in production and warehouse functions.

Working out of our Grand Rapids plant, you will have the opportunity to use your leadership and communication skills to encourage teamwork and generate ideas while focusing on results and process improvement.

  • Employee/ Plant Support – You will be leading all activities on your assigned shift working toward implementing goals, and schedules, while using your customer service skills.

  • Continuous Improvement – Participate in the development of and implements plans and policies to ensure compliance in all areas of responsibility.

  • Direction and Servant Leadership – Lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support to your team.

    We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Demonstrate knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs & processes

  • High School Diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting

  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution

  • Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Availability to work weekends on a regular basis.
