HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Planning and Executing - You will be part of assigned product, process and packaging development projects that are tied to real business needs.

  • Your seat at the table - Grab your lab coat! You will be working with Kellogg Engineers to fain equipment information, performance data, and layout development.

  • Organization is Key - Analyzing equipment data that is needed to support scope commitments as well as- process definition and process scale-up efforts will become part of day-to-day activities.

  • The Bottom Line - You will be assisting in analysis, discovery and execution of production line efficiency and sustainability improvements to increase production rate, reduce waste and reduce our environmental footprint.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • Pursuing degree at an accredited institution

  • Must live within a commutable distance to the work location

  • Minimum of 2.7 cumulative GPA

  • Able to work 20 to 30 hours during the week

Bonus Points:

  • Enrollment in an Engineering degree program

  • Strong math and analytical skills

  • Ability to demonstrate creative yet practical problem solving skills
