Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

C4ISR:In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) solutions, you ll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.

The qualified candidate will perform complex inspections for manufactured products including circuit board assemblies, components, top-level assemblies and verify that company quality standards are met. Uses predetermined methods and specifications to visually inspect in-process and completed products. Uses various measuring devices and testing equipment. Review data packages for completeness
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High School diploma or GED
Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
Strong organizational, planning
Must be able to organize to meet deadlines
Knowledge of ESD handling, standard safety procedures and PPE requirements
Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and communication skills
Basic computer skills
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
Flexibility to work overtime
Able to obtain a United States Secret Clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Works from drawings, process sheets, engineering change orders, and written / verbal instruction to inspect mechanically complex parts, subassemblies and assemblies against required quality standards.
Identifies defects, follows company procedures operations sheets
Inspects parts, subassemblies and assemblies after rework, modifications or repairs to verify defects have been corrected and ensure continuity to drawings, prints, etc.
May interface with engineering regarding technical issues and problem resolution.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $49440 - $79080
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
