Compensation Services Analyst
As part of Total Rewards People Services, the People Services Compensation Analyst is accountable for managing projects that cross multiple domains to ensure timely completion of deliverables, achievement of objectives, and meeting or exceeding operational measures for their owned Compensation related processes. This includes owning and completing complex tasks, project planning and management and coordination with internal and external business partners. In addition, the analyst is responsible for ensuring quality including identifying process improvements that will lead to improvements in quality and efficiency. The analyst will respond promptly, thoughtfully and effectively to changing work environments, changing priorities and new situations and will possess the skills and ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with internal resources and third parties.
How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
Independently handle complex tasks such as escalation management, report analysis and communication to key stakeholders
Reviews and sign off on processing deliverables to ensure adherence to plan rules and requirements.
Develops acceptance test plans, participates in integration and acceptance testing and supports the COE in the overall testing experience.
Serves as project lead in coordinating work for their aligned processes. This includes project management of end to end processes and managing third party groups to meet their respective project deadlines.
Integrates with Service Center, payroll, COE and Workday support team to provide seamless employee resolutions with a focus on the employee experience.
Partner with COE and other business clients to understand and support business objectives by providing timely analytical support, reporting and data to meet their needs.
Ensures SOPs for processing are up to date and match requirements
Provides business support for issues related to their owned processes.
Provides complete and accurate responses for employee or process related issues that are escalated to HR partners and senior leaders.
Work closely with team managers to lead, coordinate or assist on specific projects and benefits program implementations or changes.

Skills for Success:
Years of experience: 1-3 years
Undergraduate degree in human resources, business or related field
Understanding of the fundamentals of compensation plans and programs
Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills
Ability to thoroughly research and understand issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
Solid interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
Familiarity with Workday or other administrative system
Subscribes to the highest standards of ethics and business/personal integrity
Detail oriented, results driven
Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize work for self and others
Clear, concise communication skills (verbal, written)
Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Suite)
Flexible and adaptable to change
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive records and information
