What You Will Be Doing

Be part of our esteemed Lockheed Martin Aeronautics F-16 Program in Greenville, South Carolina! As an F-16 Block 70 Manufacturing Support Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in supporting production processes within a collaborative team environment. You'll receive comprehensive training and certification to excel in all phases of the F-16 Manufacturing and Assembly process. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in all phases of the F-16 Manufacturing and Assembly process, including training and certification of personnel.

- Observe, assess, instruct, and train personnel on-the-job to ensure adherence to process standards and personal skill development.

- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems related to aircraft manufacturing processes.

- Support corrective action investigations, root cause analysis, and process improvements.

- Maintain 6S/lean processes for the assigned area of responsibility.

- Interface and instruct personnel for re-certification purposes and make recommendations for de-certification due to substandard performance standards.

- Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems regarding the aircraft manufacturing process.

- Support corrective action investigations, root cause analysis, advise on and implement innovations and process improvements.

This position is in Greenville, SC Discover Greenville.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience relative to aircraft manufacturing, structural assembly, or Modification.

• Experience in explaining/demonstrating a layout process and secure coordination of assemblies working to station, water, center, and butt lines shown on engineering documents.

• Experience reading and interpreting detail, blueprints, lay-out sketches, process standards and specifications

• Experience with understanding aircraft work instructions

Desired Skills:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline

Minimum of 5 years F-16 experience preferred.

• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for the purpose of communication and instruction at all levels.

15 years aircraft structural assembly or modification experience

F-16 structural repair experience highly desirable

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
