Description: Production Control Team Member (Entry-Level)

Location: Greenville SC

What You Will Be Doing

As a Production Control Analyst, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team in Greenville, SC. You'll collaborate closely with task center leads and supervisors to support daily aircraft production requirements, ensuring the timely delivery of work documents and materials to maintain and accelerate schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate Reports: Produce detailed reports to track work document status and material shortages, facilitating informed decision-making in production planning.

- Coordinate Workflow: Collaborate with task center leads and relevant teams to ensure smooth coordination of workflow, prioritizing tasks and scheduling deliveries.

- Material Management: Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required kits and materials, proactively addressing potential shortages.

- Issue Resolution: Act as a central point of contact for resolving production-related issues, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.

- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records of production control activities, including work orders and material requisitions.

- Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in production control operations.

• Must be a United States citizen.

Basic Qualifications:

- 1 year experience in a production, manufacturing,

assembly, maintenance, inventory control or aircraft

sustainment environment

- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint).

Desired Skills:

- Bachelor Degree from an accredited college

- Some familiarity with production and/or maintenance

documentation, procedures, bill of materials, and

product quality standards.

- Exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

business systems.

- Exposure to Material Requirement Planning and

material flow.

- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma and Quality Standards

- Experience using MS Excel for data analysis and

management visibility reporting.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
