What You Will Be Doing

Join our dynamic team as a Sustainment Planning, Project, and Planning Operations Representative, where you will play a key role in supporting departmental requirements and driving the success of our aircraft maintenance and modification projects. This multi-faceted role involves overseeing continuous improvement initiatives, developing corrective action plans, and ensuring compliance with department policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage aircraft maintenance and modification projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.

- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

- Create and execute plans to address and resolve issues, ensuring continuous improvement and problem resolution.

- Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures and recommend changes to adapt to evolving requirements.

- Manage the configuration of aircraft plans, overseeing and incorporating changes accurately.

- Report key performance indicators and analyze data to monitor and improve departmental performance.

- Communicate effectively with all functional organizations to implement planning requirements and ensure cohesive operations.

You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for aircraft maintenance and modification projects. With a proven track record in project management within the aerospace industry, you excel in continuous improvement and problem resolution. Your strong analytical skills enable you to develop and execute corrective action plans effectively. You ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures, adeptly manage configuration changes, and drive performance through keen analysis of key performance indicators. An excellent communicator, you seamlessly interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and implementation of planning requirements. Basic Qualifications:

- 5 years minimum in the aviation industry

- Experience working in a Manufacturing and/or Sustainment Operations Environment

- Experience working independently with minimal oversight/supervision

- Experience using MS Office suite tools

Desired Skills:

- Experience authoring aircraft maintenance / modification work documents

- AS9100 audit experience

- Expert PowerPoint and Excel skills

- Experience using Solumina MES

- Configuration management of a product

- Project management

- Root Cause Analysis

- Green Belt Certified

- Experience accurately determining priorities in a fast paced / high demand environment

- Demonstrated strong communications skills and ability to establish positive relationships with key customers

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
