Role Definition

Leads a team of launch coordinators and project management professionals who are assigned to manage the launch-phase of multiple complex programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the hiring, development and management of all project teams within the program, including both internal staff and external contractors. Also, directs day to day work assignments while coaching, mentoring and setting priorities.

• Requires broad experience in Project Management tools and processes, and ability to: facilitate projects, lead chartering sessions, develop / validate network diagrams, lead integration and compression sessions.

• Designing, establishing and monitoring the organization's project management goals.

• Collaborating with clients on using a disciplined project management approach and coaching them on their project-related roles and responsibilities.

Degree Requirement

Highly preferred – Degree in Business or Engineering

Summary Pay Range:

$144,960.00 - $217,320.00
