Role Definition

Manages engineering for design and development of technologies, components, systems, products, or services.

Responsibilities

• Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for engineering teams; motivating and developing project and team leaders.

• Providing specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to various areas of the organization.

• Managing high-impact, short and long duration engineering initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of engineering plan and product quality.

• Maintaining product release plans and material plans; driving programs to completion on time and within budget.

• Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.

Degree/Experience Required

Four Year Degree Required (Electrical Engineering preferred) with at least 6 years Leadership Experience OR

Ten or more years of Experience in the Electrical Engineering Field with Leadership
