Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

The program will simplify the Innovative Medicine ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Innovative Medicine business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade. Other J&J Innovative Medicine manufacturing / manufacturing / principal locations may be considered for the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to the MAKE Process Order Management (POM) workstream Team through program design & build, execution as well as deployment phase, while ensuring Business Process standardization.

  • Assist in the development of program materials i.e. Business Process Flow Diagrams (BPMs), Key Decision Documents (KDDs), Business User Stories (BUS), Taxonomy Levels as well as persona definition as part of the User Access Management.

  • Perform test & release activities including Business Simulation Testing (BST), System User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Security Role Testing, Integration Testing etc.

  • Develop in collaboration with Business Adoption the necessary training material and deliver the training.

  • Develop applicable SOPs , WI’s and/or User Manuals.

  • Support the preparation and execution of system cutover, data migration, data conversion, system deployment and hypercare.

  • Act as backup for the MAKE Global Business Template Owner Process Order Management as required.

  • Act as a Global Business Template Manager for the Innovative Medicine. Transcend MAKE-Process Order Management (POM) Team

  • Actively identify all compliance and regulatory requirements.

  • Act as part of the pool of MAKE Global Business Template Managers & Analysts to support all program activities as required.

  • Support the MAKE Global Business Template Owner for all program activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.

  • 8 years of related experience required.

  • Experience in Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance and/or Master Data as well as Data and Analytics) is required.

  • Practical experience with ERP SAP Process Order Management (POM) i.e. SAP PP/PI module is required.

  • Experience in Business Processes related to ERP SAP Process Order Management i.e. PP/PI module is required.

  • ERP SAP (ECC6 and/or S/4HANA) knowledge and practical application is required.

  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) integration such as (PAS-X, Syncade and/or any MES alike shopfloor execution system) is required.

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills is required.

  • Understanding the business process linkages across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, Master Data is preferred.

  • Practical experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging environment is preferred.

  • Practical experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems such as (PAS-X, Syncade and/or any MES alike shopfloor execution system) is preferred.

  • Experience with Automation System integration per ISA-S95 Level-2 such as Batch Execution Systems e.g. (SCADA, DCS, etc.) and/or Warehouse Control Systems e.g. (Swisslog) is preferred.

  • Experience in Production i.e. Manufacturing Master Data (BOM, Master Recipes, Productions Versions & Resources), Advanced Planning, Product Labelling, Materials Management, Serialisation, Track & Trace as well as Quality Management is preferred.

  • Experience in AGILE software as well as program deployment methodology including JIRA is preferred.

  • Execution experience in global/regional projects/programs in associated business function is preferred.

  • Experience working in a global/regional setting, or experience in a large-scale business transformation program is preferred.

This position may require up to 20% domestic or international travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 - $170,200 USD. Countries outside US will be compensated using local compensation guidelines.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

  • Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

o Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

o Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

o Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

o Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
